Who Moved My Cheese? The Global Leader on ‘Change’

Indeed, Who Moved My Cheese? has become the best-selling business book ever… That’s bigger than ‘Good to Great’ and ‘In Search of Excellence’, case-study-laden books that examine corporate success in detail. There is a cult of Cheese, populated by readers (some of them CEOs) who extol the virtues of the book and claim that it has changed their workplace and even their personal life. (TIME magazine, December 2008)

“I love that book! I use it constantly” (Vijay Govindarajan, professor at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business) and a strategy consultant for a number of FORTUNE 500 companies. The book helps him teach companies how to anticipate change.

“I then realised that I was afraid to change, afraid to move on. I was afraid to find new cheese! I thought there was only one cheese out there but after reading that book I realised that there is all types of cheese out there.” (Serena Williams, Tennis Star)

“Every once in a while a book comes along that opens a door to the future. This book has had that effect on me” (David A Heenan, PETER F DRUCKER MANAGEMENT CENTER)

“Spencer Johnson’s unique insights and storytelling make this a rare book that can be read and understood quickly by everyone who wants to do well in these changing times” (Randy Harris, Former Vice-Chairman MERRILL LYNCH INTERNATIONAL)

“…I was glad to attend the Chief Learning Officer Summit, and was impressed to see several young people keen on corporate learning and development. The thought-leadership and exchange of positive ideas generated can go a long way in helping corporations — both government and private — appreciate the need to invest in education, capability building and skill development. Human capital is the only way for sustaining the growth momentum we envisage and this is a step in the right direction”

I am sure they will attain great stature and serve the purpose of both recognizing and promoting outstanding change leadership.”

Mr. Kiran Karnik, Former President, NASSCOM

“…The CLO Summit has been wonderful for us to be a part of, the opportunity for me to present to so many CLOs of amazing businesses & corporations in India. The concept of learning – there is already a lot of expertise in the room here – but the concept of enhancing that learning from each other is amazing & tying it with the knowledge I’ve gained from sports and trying to relate that in to the business world. So many synergies and it’s been a wonderful summit to be part of.”
