Mr. Dave is an eminent advocate and is the Senior Partner of well known law firm DAVE & GIRISH & CO. He has been a law officer for Reserve Bank of India and State Bank of India, doing legal work relating to taxation and merchant banking. He has over four decades of experience in the areas of project finance, structured finance, foreign currency debt, M&A, IPOs, GDRs, International JVs and has advised leading companies and institutions like EXIM Bank, UTI, ANZ Grindlays, HDFC, IDBI, Citibank, RPG group, JM Finance, Aptech, Hexaware, Satyam Computers, Zurich India Mutual Fund and Jardine Fleming Mutual Fund to name a few.
