The LeapVault ‘Lead Change To Win’ seminar supported by Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Government of India

‘Change’ was in the air at the ‘Lead Change to Win’ exclusive invitation only seminar organised by LeapVault.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Praful Patel, Honourable Cabinet Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises,
Government of India, said:
“Change is central to innovation, development and growth for our country in the times to come. Public enterprises in India contribute
to a large part of the nations GDP and are nation builders within the economic and social context and shall be an important driver of

Mr. Curtis Bateman, the global Head of Who Moved My Cheese? was the main speaker at the event which was attended by over 60 senior
business executives from the leading Public Sector companies in India.
The session started with Mr. Kumaar Bagrodia, CEO LeapVault, introducing the Who Moved My Cheese brand, the change philosophy and
setting the context for the evening.
Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee, Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India, then addressed the audience and passionately
spoke about the importance of change specifically amongst the Public Sector Enterprises.
Mr. Bateman, during his talk and presentation, shared some of the latest global research on the subject of change. The importance of
not just managing it but leading it. He explained various models on the same and shared the experience of the Who Moved My Cheese brand
with organisations like NASA, the US Airforce and leading multinational companies.
The audience comprising of Chairman & MDs, Directors of HR, finance and marketing, participated in an engaged Q&A session with
Mr. Bateman where they related their own organisational and personal experiences to the subject and quizzed him on indepth issues
related to the subject of change management and leadership.
The evening ended with further knowledge sharing and networking over cocktails and dinner.
